In each box you'll find 5-8 pounds of our amazing Black Label Steaks and 1-2 delicious Roasts that we hand-select from the very best cuts in the cow. Our curated picks vary each month to keep your menus fresh and delight your tastebuds. If you see something on the lists below that you can't go without please let us know and we'll do our best to get it into your box if possible.
